Christine Parson
Wellness and Learner Support Coordinator
Christine Parson is a passionate Montessori educator with over 20 years of experience who genuinely believes that great teaching can change the world, one curious child at a time. Though she has called the beautiful high desert of New Mexico home for four years, her love for Montessori education spans continents and communities, shaped by years of teaching, learning, and growing alongside children and families across the country.
Christine has spent her career lovingly guiding students from grades 1 through 9 through the full Montessori curriculum, including mathematics, geometry, language arts, history, science, music, and art, and there is nowhere she would rather be than watching a child’s eyes light up when something finally clicks. She has led unforgettable learning adventures including a Sea Camp marine biology experience on the Florida Keys and a 12-day immersive journey through Washington, D.C., because she believes learning belongs everywhere, not just between four walls.
Deeply committed to the growth of Montessori education, Christine holds AMI Elementary certification, an Orientation to Adolescent Studies from NAMTA/AMI, and Positive Discipline certifications. She currently co-facilitates professional development workshops through Expanding Montessori, supporting educators who share her passion for authentic, child-centered learning.
For Christine, Montessori isn’t just a method. It’s a way of seeing children, honoring who they are, and trusting who they are becoming.
